We provide travel concierge services, corporate travel management, Japan market entry advisory, and consulting services, primarily for high-net-worth individuals and organisations. The specifics of each engagement are set out in a separate proposal or agreement.
3. Your Responsibilities
- Please provide accurate and complete information. We cannot guarantee service quality if incorrect information is provided.
- Our content and materials may not be reproduced or redistributed without our permission.
- Our services are not available to individuals or organisations affiliated with antisocial forces.
4. Fees and Payment
All fees are quoted individually based on your specific requirements. Payment terms and methods will be confirmed in writing prior to the commencement of services. Travel-related services are handled under our Tourism Agency registration (No. 3-8975).
5. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation fees vary depending on how far in advance cancellation is made prior to the departure or service date. Full details are set out in the travel conditions or contract provided to you.
6. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including natural disasters, transport delays, or political events. We will, however, make every effort to provide alternative arrangements.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
