We recently held Yumelia's inaugural social gathering at a beer garden. It proved to be a precious occasion for team members from various departments and with diverse responsibilities to connect and deepen their camaraderie.
One of our company's characteristics is our high number of female employees. On the day, conversations flowed freely, covering not only work-related topics but also travel, hobbies, recent events, and more. 'Girls' talk' blossomed in various corners of the venue 🌸. This fostered communication beyond departmental and task boundaries, reaffirming the importance of teamwork.
What became clear to everyone who attended was a shared love for travel! With many well-traveled members, both domestically and internationally, discussions naturally turned to 'Where should we go next?' and 'This place is highly recommended!'
