Instead of selling pre-packaged tours, we carefully listen to our clients' objectives and preferences, and craft personalized journeys and experiences for each individual.
As our business expands, we are currently seeking new team members. We are particularly looking to fill the following two positions:
- Travel Concierge
- Marketing Specialist
Travel Concierge
Based on client consultations, you will propose itineraries, arrange hotels, flights, and experiences, and provide support throughout their trip. This is not merely a booking agent role.
You will consider aspects such as 'what kind of time they wish to spend' and 'what they look forward to experiencing in Japan', to design truly memorable journeys for our clients.
We welcome individuals who love travel, hotels, food, and Japanese culture, who excel at listening to people's wishes and making proposals, and who wish to leverage their language skills and experience in the travel industry.
Marketing Specialist
This role involves promoting Yumelia and the allure of Japan through SNS management (e.g., Instagram, TikTok), content creation, photo/video planning, and advertising operations. Themes include hotels, ryokan, gourmet cuisine, traditional culture, art, and regional tourism.
You will plan content that inspires people to think, 'I want to visit Japan' and 'I want to consult Yumelia for my trip', thereby nurturing our brand.
We welcome individuals who enjoy SNS management, writing, and photo/video production, and who are interested in travel and marketing.
