Today, I'd like to introduce a highly recommended sushi restaurant I recently had the pleasure of visiting!
It is Sushi Kanesaka! This esteemed restaurant is located on the 19th floor of THE AOYAMA GRAND HOTEL.
It is a sister restaurant to the Michelin-starred Sushi Kanesaka in Ginza.
Each dish on the course menu is exquisite, and the smaller rice portions are ideal for those who wish to savor a wider variety of sushi. Given its location within the hotel, it was lovely to see many international guests enjoying their meals.
Reservations are relatively easy to secure, so I highly recommend experiencing it for yourself.
After our sushi experience, we ascended to the hotel's rooftop bar! It offers panoramic views of Tokyo's nightscape and, with its lush green ambiance, truly feels like a hidden oasis.
The cocktails were equally delightful ♡
Incidentally, shisha is also available, with a selection of around five flavors.
It could be an excellent choice for an after-sushi drink or when dining at THE BELCOMO, another of the hotel's restaurants!
