Travel Service Fee Schedule
The fees Yumelia charges for travel arrangement services are as follows. All amounts are in Japanese yen and inclusive of consumption tax.
Bundled arrangements
Bundled arrangement of multiple services including accommodation, transport, guides, meals, experiences and inspections

Accommodation

General Terms
- 1.The above fees are charged separately from actual costs set by travel service providers (fares, accommodation, meals, guide and experience fees, taxes, service charges, cancellation/change/penalty/no-show fees, deposits, minimum charges, non-refundable amounts, communication and remittance fees, etc.).
- 2.If changes, cancellations, non-participation, reduced party size, schedule changes, lateness, no-show without notice, denied entry, etc. occur, we cannot refund the client for amounts that providers do not refund to us.
- 3.After a booking is confirmed, after payment is made, or after providers’ cancellation/change fees arise, changes/cancellations/refunds may become unavailable. Individual conditions are specified in the quotation, arrangement confirmation, itinerary, invoice, email, etc.
- 4.Our handling fees, itinerary design fees, consultation fees, urgent arrangement fees, change/cancellation handling fees, and other fees for our work are, in principle, non-refundable once we have begun work, regardless of whether the travel services are used.
- 5.Change and cancellation handling fees are charged separately from providers’ change/cancellation/penalty fees.
- 6.Credit card processing fees, overseas remittance fees, exchange losses, and remittance/settlement fees arising at the time of refund may be borne by the client, as specified in the individual quotation/invoice.
