Payment Timing
Payment is required by the specified due date stated in the invoice after agreement confirmation.
Service Delivery Timing
Services will be provided in accordance with the agreed travel schedule after confirmation of payment.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Refunds are available according to the following schedule:

Up to 30 days before the travel start date: 100% refund

Up to 14 days before the travel start date: 50% refund

13 days or less before the travel start date: Non-refundable
If payments have already been made to third-party suppliers (such as hotels, transportation providers, or experience operators), actual incurred costs will be deducted from the refundable amount.
Travel Agency Registration
Yumelia is currently in the process of obtaining a travel agency registration in Japan.
Registration is expected to be completed in April 2026.
